Power clean must be done with excellent form

5 Front Squats (135/95)

7 Push-ups

Power Cleans

Spend 20 Minutes with partner establishing a heavy power clean with excellent form

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner Wod

15 Min AMRAP:

3 Power Cleans (135/95)

5 Front Squats (135/95)

7 Push-ups
Athlete A will complete all 3 movements while Athlete B rest. Upon completion Athlete B will complete all 3 movements while Athlete A rest. Continue alternating for 15 Minutes.
