Push Press

Warm up, then:

70%x 3 reps, 80%x 3 reps, 90%x 3+ reps. *Superset each triple with 1 (challenging) rope climb.

Metcon (2 Rounds for time)

2 Rounds:

(3 minutes rest between rounds)

200 meter weighted run

200 meter weighted run (cut weight in half)

200 m sprint with no weight

*Put weight in notes
