I'm super proud of how every did in the competition and a huge thanks to all our supporters. For a bunch of CrossFitter's to walk into an event setup for people who row for their sport and do as well as we did is awesome. Most of the people we beat probably went to a lame (wish I was there) college party the night before with lots and lots and lots of co-eds...but we like to party too. 

A special congratulations goes to Sam Sylar who medaled in his division (and beat Mike Walerius)! Let's do our best to congratulate Sam and not let Mike forget about it.
