With a running clock:

M1: athlete A does 1 Push Press (115/75) and athlete B does 1 Burpee

M2: athlete B does 2 Push Press and athlete A does 2 Burpees.

*Add 1 Push Press and 1 Burpee every minute until failure

Rest 5 Minutes

Then:

6RFT

Partner A does 15 KBS (70/53)

Partner B does 10 pull-ups

200 m run together

*Switch movements every round
Record total working time for first AMRAP in notes
