Weightlifting

Back Squat (10 x 3 with 1 minute rest between sets)

Max rep at 80% followed by 10 X 3 if max rep was 10 reps

Complete 8 X 3 if max rep was 8-9 reps

Complete 5 X 3 if max rep was 7 or less

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Rounds:

:30 sec of stationary lunges, :30 sec off

:30 sec farmers walk (53/35), :30 off

:30 sec push ups, :30 sec off
