Start the clock for every minute on the minute.

Men’s starting weight is 95 and women’s starting weight is 45.

Begin with 2 strict presses.

Every minute on the minute increase your weight by 5 lbs.

When you are unable to complete the strict presses move to push press X 2

When you are not able to complete the push presses move to push jerks X 2

When you are not able to complete the push jerks move to split jerks X 2

Post your highest press, push press, push jerk, and split jerk.
