Boomsauced!

Huge thanks to TNT for hosting this past weekend.

All I kept hearing ALL weekend is what a great showing of competitors and supporters 26 had. Thankyou!

Congratulations to Gambit for bringing The Cup to STL. Kelly Jackson had a first place finish in RX women and Andrew Essig had a 2nd place finish in Rx Men.  Also Kudos to one of our old members Justin King from Gorilla Crossfit for his 6th Place finish in the scaled Men division. Super Proud. Also mad props to our good buddy Frosh for his 2nd place finish in mens scaled. 

This weekend Crossfit Gambit will be hosting Max Effort Mardi Gras. If you can Please try to make this event It was a ridiculously good time last year, with a mixture of fitness and mardi gras dibachary. Click here to register.

It was awesome to see and be around you guys again. And way to go for everyone that participated. It was a great event... maybe besides that 2 miles outside :)
