The Crossfit Open

The Open is exactly what is it. "OPEN" to all crossfitters of all levels. 1 WOD a week for 5 Weeks. Register your name and you will be competing with everyone in the WORLD. The open is divided into Regions. The North Central region includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Kansas Oklahoma, Nebraska, Minnesota, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Wanna get in on it? The first wod is released at 7pm Feb 22nd Register HERE!

We have created the The STL Affiliate OPEN to help create a competitive atmosphere for all levels of crossfitter who want to succeed. So, what is the STL Affiliate Open? For 5 weeks though out the Open, athletes will travel to affiliates in the St. Louis area to complete the weekly Open WOD. Click the logo above to sign up. You do not have to be registered for The CrossFit Open to compete in the Affiliate Open. Come out and watch to support all athletes.

Week 5 Valley Park 12pm

We really encourage you to come and participate. You do not need to register for the Crossfit Open to do the WOD.
