Missing Tweets

My apologies on missing some WOD tweets the past couple days. I hope your asking yourself why? Either....

1. Im slacking

2. The wods are ridiculously hard

3. I only get 140 characters to tweet em.

4. I want you to feel the fear of the unknown and then do it anyways!

Yes there are multiple right answers here, but the majority has been 1 and then a little of 4.  Yes things are ramping up on the programming side of things, people work harder and energy is higher in the warm weather. I gauge how programming goes by the health of our athletes. Alot of people ask how often they should come. That depends on recovery and your adaptation with the physical stresses CrossFit puts on your body. What??...yeah its F@CKING hard shit, Its super stressful, but thats how we get neurological adaptation to get stronger.  You know you love it!

How often should you train? Listen to your body. Ive said it before and I will say it again, Rest is super important, but If you feel good, go for it!
