The 21 Day Sugar Detox
The details are ironed out in regards to the upcoming Fuel Fix challenge. It's the 21 Day Sugar Detox! We will hold a brief seminar at the gym to review why sugar is bad for you and what is involved with ridding it from your system. Attendance at the seminar is not mandatory to take part in the program. It will be a very casual walk through of the program and allow for folks to ask questions; it's not brain surgery!
Seminar Date: August 5th @ 2 pm to 3 pm (Location: CrossFit 26)
Fuel Fix Dates: August 11 through August 31 (Just after Mac's going away party and ending just before Labor Day, no excuses)
Cost: $14.99 (We will have a special page setup by the folks at Balanced Bites to purchase the program at a discount. It will be posted soon.)
If you have any questions, email ryan@crossfit26.com.
Also don't forget about the CrossFit 26 Running Clinic being held on August 11th and August 18th!
Whether running is your life or your nemesis, you will benefit from the CrossFit Endurance method. Learn to run stronger, faster, more efficiently, or just hate it less than you currently do!
