Our strength days go every 3 days. We are 2 weeks into our Back Squat and Front Squat cycle of 6 weeks.
The only lift you will see on our strength days, (every third class) will alternate between Front Squats and Back squats. It would be awesome if you wrote numbers down somewhere to improve upon.
So if you wanna Squat your ass off I will see you these days.
Tuesday July 10th : Front Squat
Friday July 13th: Back Squat
Monday July 16th: Front Squat
Thursday July 19th : Back Squat
Sunday July 22nd: Front Squat
Weds July 25th: Back Squat
Saturday July 28th: Front Squats
As we get later into the cycle the reps will decrease and the loads increase. Following a 20 rep max effort in the Front and Back Squat at the end of the cycle.
Upon Completion of this cycle there will be a 2 week rest period then we will do CrossFit Totals Week. Last date of Totals was the week of Feb 20th. We will total the week of Aug 13th. Get yo head right.
