HOA4

This Video should pump you UP! 26 Reppin'


This is it Kids. Last year HOA 3 was awesome. We had so much fun competing, coaching and cheering. I remember all I heard last year was 26 represented. I hear that every where we go... not to toot our horn or anything.  This event will put your exercising skills to the test. 

Here is the info.

We will have a sign up sheet at the gym. We want to get a general idea of who is interested. Read the above link about Rx vs Scaled. Elizabeth and I will be responsible for assembling teams. Depending on the roster we will ideally would like to create a competitive Rx'd team and Scaled team as well as a "here for the experience" team.  We will need a FIRM commitment by August 18th. Once our team is entered we are locked in. The cost (based on last year) will be 40 a person.  Teams are 3 men and 3 women.
