BOOM-TOWN! ok, thats not "really" a yoga move but it looks pretty cool and Nancy goes to yoga and she PR's on back squat....its Science!
But seriously, Jen runs a great class and certainly the movements are work, yet can be somehow relaxing I hear. This can be super beneficial to all athletes. Yoga is Sundays 4:15pm after you total come back for it, just spend Sunday Funday here, no big deal.
