Running Clinic this Saturday @ 10:15 am!

Don't forget about the running clinic this Saturday by Coach Gini. I've heard lots of awesome feedback from athletes around the gym whom have already been incorporating some of Gini's advice.

Whether running is your life or your nemesis, you will benefit from the CrossFit Endurance method. Learn to run stronger, faster, more efficiently, or just hate it less than you currently do!

This Saturday August 11th @ 10:15 am - 11:30 am. 

$20 (gets you attendance to both sessions)
