Row Down

Last week we did some 500 Meter Repeats. Totally brutal. Two of our best rowers Mac and TR went head to head in this battle.  It was intense. Not really, just some sweaty dudes grunting on a rower. If you were standing on the other side of the truck and had no idea what was going on, someone might jump to conclusions and thats when you get in trouble. Hey, mind your business its just some guys pulling hard!

26 Runner Mayhem.

So check this out. 26 gathered as a crew and hit up the 4 mile City Mayhem run this past Saturday. We had 4 first place finishes in age divisions out of about 350 total runners. Nancy Bodet, Andy Ford, Mallory Morris and Mac Curran. Here are the results of times and age divisions.

Also Jenn R. pictured above, chillin on our Atlas Stone,  finished the Double Chubb Run, yeah that a 50K race, INSANE! Pretty effin cool! 

NOT TO MENTION, our Endurance coach Matt ran in the River Relay, which is a race from the Mississippi to the Ohio river in southern IL, about 80 Flippin Miles. BALLIN'

Sam Sylar finshed the Eads Bridge Du-Athelon. Which is 1.5 mile run, 10 Mile Bike, 1.5 mile run. Check out the results here.  Sam finished a very respectable 78th place outta 191. Excellent work! 

This is great! Super proud of Everyone. Cheers to running, well at least for this past weekend, I still hate distance shit......for now!

Ryan Froning Jr.

Ryan. This mo-fo looks like Froning. We are working on jacking his met-con to super human capacity like RFJ. Be on the look out.  Lets get some PNF in this bitch! (Inside Joke, learn about it). Ryan's interest and focus in CrossFit has sparked him to get his L1 cert. Right on!
